The hospital opened the Maternity and Delivery floor in May 2009 after a total renovation. All the patient rooms have been renewed to provide women with a comfortable environment while they are in the hospital. This is the first step in creating a department dedicated to women’s health.
Hammoud Hospital and the American University of Beirut Medical Center have formed an affiliation between the hospital Pathology Departments.
